Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping:
We use royal mail shipping at SPORTSDAY.
£3.99 for UK orders.
Due to the nature of our sustainable slow fashion brand every item is made to order by hand specifically for you so as soon as we receive your payment and order, so please be aware that processing orders, production, shipment and delivery can take between 7-10 days from payment.
Returns:
One of our aims at SPORTSDAY is to decrease the amount of fast fashion clothing returns that happen on the daily. These returns don't get sent to other customers who order them, they just end up on landfill.
Due to SPORTSDAY being a small start up business in the slow fashion industry where each garment is made to order especially for you all by hand We have a no return and refund policy. However, you can exchange size or item, and/ or get a gift card, to use at the time of your convenience.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at sportsday.store@gmail.com and we will be happy to help!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
You can exchange an item to a different size or colour if you are unhappy with your purchase by contacting us at sportsday.store@gmail.com
